These terms apply to the Heisenberg Ammo email list and the Heisenberg Ammo text program, run by Heisenberg Ammo LLC, 3841 N 36th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85019.

- How often: message frequency varies, usually a few texts a month.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You'll receive one confirmation and no further texts. To rejoin, sign up again on this page.
- Help: reply HELP, call 480-623-4515 or email sales@hsbammo.com.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- If you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP from it first or let us know, so the new owner doesn't get our texts.
Email list
- By ticking the email box you agree to receive Heisenberg Ammo emails about show dates, restocks and members pricing.
- Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect promptly, and we will not email you marketing again.
Offers and pricing
Prices, stock and show dates in our messages can change. An offer is valid only as stated in the message. All ammunition sales follow federal, state and local law, including age and identification checks at purchase.
Privacy
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your number or email for anyone else's marketing.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. If a change matters for the text program, we will tell you by text.
