Privacy Policy

This policy covers the information Heisenberg Ammo LLC ("Heisenberg Ammo", "we", "us") collects when you join our email or text list, including through this page, QR codes at gun shows, our store kiosk and our receipts.
What we collect
- What you type in: first name, email address, mobile number, ZIP code, state and date of birth.
- Which boxes you ticked (email, texts, or both) and the exact consent wording you saw.
- A record of the sign-up: date and time, IP address, browser/device type, the page address and where you came from (for example a show QR code or a receipt).
Why we collect it
- To send you what you asked for: show dates, restocks and members pricing.
- ZIP and state let us send you only the shows near you.
- Date of birth confirms you are 21 or older before we text you. Texts are only sent to people 21 and over.
- The sign-up record is our proof that you asked to hear from us, which the law and our email and text providers require us to keep.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number, your text consent or your email address with anyone for their own marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
We use a small number of service providers only to run the list on our behalf: our website host, our email-sending service and our text-messaging service. They may use your information only to deliver our messages. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How to opt out
- Texts: reply STOP to any text. You'll get one message confirming you're out, and no more after that. Reply HELP for help.
- Email: click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email.
- Or call 480-623-4515 or email sales@hsbammo.com and we'll take you off.
After you opt out, we keep a minimal record (your number or email and the date you opted out) so we never contact you again by mistake.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you're on the list. We keep the sign-up and opt-out records for at least five years as proof of consent, then delete them.
Security
Your information is stored with access limited to Heisenberg Ammo staff who run the list. Sign-up records are stored in a tamper-evident log.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we will keep only the opt-out record described above). Contact us using the details below.
Children
This list is not for anyone under 18, and texts are only for people 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
